Founded in March 2023, Liger Interiors is a premium interior design studio in Dubai driven by craftsmanship, attention to detail and hands-on project execution. Our founder and principal interior designer brings over 13 years of industry experience to every project. We are a mainland company registered with the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DED) under Trade License No. 1155959.
We began as a feature wall specialist, known for distinctive detailing and flawless finishes. Today we are a full-service interior design and renovation company working on villas, townhouses, apartments and offices across Dubai.

Unlike many interior design firms in Dubai, we also design single rooms, such as a bedroom, living room or home office, for clients who want refined results without a full-scale project.
Interior designers and contractors play different but equally important roles in a renovation. The designer creates the vision, focusing on layout, aesthetics, function and how the space will be used. The contractor delivers that vision through construction, material procurement and on-site coordination.
Before work begins, the designer prepares concepts, mood boards and technical drawings. These give you a clear picture of the result and give the contractor accurate guidelines, which reduces errors on site.
You can appoint a contractor directly, but a designer adds real value: selecting materials, finishes, lighting, furniture and colours so the space is both beautiful and practical, and overseeing execution so the design intent is kept. The contractor’s role is quality workmanship that follows the approved design.

Yes. We provide end-to-end turnkey interior design and fit-out: developing the design concept, assisting with approval documentation and executing the project through our trusted contractors. We do not currently undertake structural changes, but we coordinate all interior works within the approved scope.
Yes. Liger Interiors is a DED-licensed mainland company in Dubai (Trade License No. 1155959). Our permitted activity includes Decoration Design & Implementation, which allows us to undertake interior design and fit-out projects across the UAE.
We do not process approvals directly. For major works, our appointed contractors handle the required approvals and documentation. It depends on scale and complexity. Smaller projects or space makeovers generally take around 4 to 6 weeks (excluding the design phase), while full villa renovations or large commercial projects can take 3 to 6 months. We share a detailed schedule during the initial consultation.
Each project is assessed case by case. Careful planning, material selection and quotation take time, but projects with simpler requirements can often be completed on shorter timelines, depending on feasibility and approvals.

Execution materials are sourced and managed by our contractors to keep quality consistent. For furniture and decorative pieces, you can buy items yourself or choose our furniture selection and styling package.
Yes. We design custom furniture and joinery and work closely with trusted joinery contractors to produce bespoke pieces for your space.
Liger Interiors is a founder-led studio. Our founder and principal interior designer oversees each project, supported by a project coordinator and manager, for quality control and timely delivery.
We do not provide warranties on ready-made items installed during a project. Warranties on custom-built items vary with the item and its risk of damage, and are set out in the project contract. We also offer post-handover support wherever reasonably possible.
Yes. Alongside homeowners, we work with landlords, investors and developers on rental properties, investment units and development projects, including holiday homes.

It depends on the scope. Some phases create significant dust, noise and debris and are not suitable while a property is occupied. Minor works and selective upgrades can often be managed safely in occupied spaces.
Online meetings are possible, but physical site access is needed before the project starts for accurate measurements, scope explanation and contractor coordination.
