Townhouses are a large part of our work, especially in Villanova, where we have completed more than seven projects. Townhouse plans are usually narrower, with more vertical movement, so the details matter: under-stair storage, a landing that works as a study or reading nook, a ground floor opened up into one living, dining and kitchen space, and bedrooms that each get proper wardrobe space.

No. We do not undertake structural changes. We redesign layouts, finishes, ceilings, joinery, lighting and furniture within the existing structure, and coordinate all interior works within the approved scope.

It depends on the scope. Some phases create dust, noise and debris and are not suitable while the house is occupied. Minor works and upgrades to selected rooms can often be done while you live there.
